App Shows No Trolleys
PCC Trolleys most often run from early morning through the early evening, but on some days Trolleys may run more or less often. Sometimes, no Trolleys run at all. Both buses and Trolleys cover the SEPTA Metro G route, and when there are no Trolleys running, you will see only buses.

Times Seem Inaccurate
All vehicle times, positions, and ID numbers come from SEPTA's public feed, which updates about once per minute. This feed occasionally lags. Arrival estimates are estimates. Note too that both SEPTA Metro heavy rapid transit lines, the B Subway Lines (B1, B2, B3, also called the Broad Street Line or BSL) and the L Line (the El, the Market-Frankford Line, or the MFL), are not given real-time tracking data by SEPTA. As a result, timing estimates for any directions involving the B or the L are educated guesses based on standard headways on those lines.

Data Is Unavailable
SEPTA's feed occasionally goes quiet. Try tapping Refresh or restarting the Philly Trolleys app after a few minutes. If the problem lasts more than 15 minutes, please use the form below to report it.
